WHAT ARE YOU BEHOLDING?

THE LORD IS LOOKING FOR THOSE TO WORSHIP HIM IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH!
[John 4:23-24 NKJV]
“But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.””
We worship the Lord with how we live our lives! How we think and how we communicate if we are a Christian; we influence those around us and give a picture of God to those who do not know Him.
“Brothers and sisters, in view of all we have just shared about God’s compassion, I encourage you to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, dedicated to God and pleasing to him. This kind of worship is appropriate for you. Don’t become like the people of this world.
Instead, change the way you think. Then you will always be able to determine what God really wants—what is good, pleasing, and perfect.”
[Romans 12:1-2 GW]
So, WHATEVER is going on in the heart (the very essence) of a person will come out of that person- The Word of God says: "Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks!"[Matthew 12:34, Luke 6:5]
What are you allowing into your heart? What are you looking at? What are you listening too? What are you thinking and meditating on?
What you look at and what you listen to determines what you will be thinking and meditating on and what will eventually come out of your mouth!
The eye gate and the ear gate orders the thought life, which in turn dictates what your mouth speaks!
"A man’s stomach shall be satisfied from the fruit of his mouth; From the produce of his lips he shall be filled.
Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.”
[Proverbs 18:20-21]
This is what the Word of God says for a blessed life..
“My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings.
Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.
Keep your heart (or guard your heart) with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.”
[Proverbs 4:20-23 NKJV]
Seek first the kingdom of God and His way of doing and being right and ALL these things shall be added to you! [Matt.6:33]
Jesus said,
“Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.
"I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.”
John 15:4-5, 7 NKJV
I know each of us who love the Lord Jesus want to bear much fruit and hear on that day when we stand before Him, Well done you good and faithful servant enter into the joy of the Lord!!

PRAYER
Father in Jesus Name,
I thank you for all that you have done for me and I ask you to show me now in this season in my life what scripture I need to look at and meditate on?
What do I need to see in your word? Give me wisdom and revelation and grace to understand and by faith live that truth out in my life and bring you glory!
